    From Indrachowk, the walk continues to Asan, one of the oldest and busiest trade centers in Kathmandu. This historic square has been a key stop along the ancient trade route between Tibet and India, and today, it remains a lively hub of commerce. The marketplace is filled with vendors selling aromatic spices, fresh produce, and traditional brassware. You will also visit the Annapurna Temple, dedicated to the goddess of abundance, where locals offer prayers for prosperity.

  • Shops in markets are usually closed on last Saturday of every month
  • Comfortable shoes are recommended
  • At some places, photography in any form is not allowed, owing to local sensitivity. This will be informed to guests, as and when required.
  • If you intend to visit places of worship that are enroute the walking tour, it is recommended to cover shoulders and knees, and in some cases the head also.
  • The tour might not operate in extreme weather conditions, especially if it is raining heavily (usually in July & August)

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

大震災から時間が経ちましたが、未だに不十分です．しかし、地元の方たちは賑やかな暮らしを取り戻したかのようです。カトマンズダルバールから少し西に移動すると、この場所に出ます。後は、喧噪の路地をタメル方面に進むと、カトマンズに来た！と、思える時間が過ごせます。
