Want to waste an entire afternoon of your honeymoon? Book with this bush league operation. We drove an hour and a half to arrive early only to find our tour was cancelled. Now, this outfit REPEATEDLY texts you to make sure you have filled out every form but no one could bother to contact us to cancel the tour. By the time we arrived (early), the Zodiac had been reloaded onto the trailer and casually hosed off and the crew had to tell us it was canceled. They, at least were appalled the office hadn't contacted us. *WE* had to contact the office to get any information and they pretended they had just found out. A total waste of a beautiful afternoon on Kauai that could have been spent doing virtually anything else but being stuck on the road.

The captain and crew were very nice but saw no whales. The ride was very bumpy and hard to hold on. Wouldn’t reccomend.
