Driver did not show. The number for the tour company isn't registered. When I contacted viator.com for a refund, they somehow contacted the company (not by phone i assume) and was told a driver was there. I would have rathered use the transport i booked instead of getting a cab at the airport and having to take 200 out of an atm

Was greeted by Bernard Johnson at the arrival gate with a named sign and returned us at the end of the trip to Kingston airport. Very nice knowledgeable guy who was easy to talk to

The pickup was seamless. Our driver, Bernard, was timely, informative, and went above and beyond for us. Booking, however, took me two hours, 4 reps, and 2 incorrect bookings until someone actually directed me to book the correct transfer.
