MAM Holidays no showed for my pre-paid city tour. I waited at the hotel for over 1 hour past the scheduled pick-up time. The contact phone number had been disconnected and when my travel agent was finally able to track down a working number MAM holidays lied to the hotel conceirge and my travel agent saying they were at the hotel waiting. They never showed up and could not own up to telling the truth. MAM Holidays is NOT reliable and I would not trust them to follow through on anything.

Have a guide who spoke English and was engaged in the tour. If we had not met up with another couple at our first stop being guided by someone from the same company we would not have had any idea the sights we were seeing. Our guide was not even interested in learning. He was on his phone most of the time. I will say the other guide was great. So it may be hit or miss when booking with them.

Enjoyed the city tour especially as our driver was lovely and very informative Enjoyed the museum most of all. Shame that the viewing point is closed to visitors. Shame we did not go to the mosque. I thought we could of gone on x
