We arrived at Schindler’s factory at 10am, however we had not read the information correctly and we were meant to be at the meeting point in the Jewish Quarter.
We were allowed to join the group that had gathered outside the factory because there was space to allow us to do this. We just missed out on the guided part of the Jewish Quarter, however we went ourselves afterwards and we’re able to take the time to read and see things at our own leisure.
We were given a headset so we could hear our tour guide, sorry I forgot to get her name, although she was truly wonderful and full of information. I did feel that the group was guide large and you really needed to be close to the guide to see what photos she was pointing to and talking about. We’re we’re in the factory for nearly two hours, I felt like I could spend longer there.
I would definitely return, but I would not do a guided tour for here as I would like to be able to read the information at my own leisure, without feeling like I had missed anything.
You must visit the Polish restaurant across the street from the factory, the Polish soup was amazing!
