Very average VW van with rattles and un balanced tires. Driver made us wary by wandering all over the lanes. He was friendly, but did not speak with us.

It is better especially if you have a lot of luggage and is tired he was kind informative and very professional make sure of your time because drivers have other customers also I gave him the wrong time he accommodated me the best he could I appreciate that
