    We wanted to escape crowds (afternoon tour - great suggestion, Micaela). We were lucky to meet such a knowledgeable guide (Micaela can adjust to your area of interest: history, architecture, family genealogy ...). We enjoyed it very much. Micaela is not only the most knowledgeable guide, she also knows/feels when you just want to sit quietly and enjoy and she gives you time to absorb. Micaela can navigate brilliantly the dynamics, and make your trip the most enjoyable experience. Next time in Stresa, we will meet her again (hopefully she will have a free slot in her calendar).

    Un grand merci à Micaela pour la visite des Iles Borommées, du Palais et de ses jardins. Grâce à la précision de ses explications, nous avons appris des choses intéressantes sur l'histoire des Iles et de la famille Borromée. Nous avons passé un agréable moment et les heures passent très vite en compagnie de Micaela. La narration des nombreuses anecdotes et la beauté des lieux ont rendu cette visite inoubliable.     Isola Bella is de moeite van een bezoek waard. Metname de tuin met de witte pauwen is prachtig. Het interieur vh gebouw is niet de moeite waard. Door dit over te slaan spaar je een uur wachten in de rij en de entreekosten. Isola pescatore is een groot circus. Je kunt in de vele restaurantjes eten. Verder is het niet de moeite waard.
