Amazing tour of both islands. Micaela was very knowledgeable and friendly. We learnt so much about the regional history and the gardens were beautiful.

We absolutely loved our private tour by boat of the Isola Bella palace and gardens, as well as a guided stroll of the quaint village on Isola Pescatori, ending with a lovely cruise around Isola Madre. Our lovely tour guide, the ‘famous’ Micaela, was the best!! She was informative, and fun! The Borromean Islands of Lago Maggiore are beautiful, and Micaela’s knowledge of the islands, as well as Lago Maggiore in general, are top notch! We could not have been happier with our wonderful experience taking in the beauty and history of this special place, and we highly recommend the guidance and expertise of the fantastic Micaela!

Despite the worst day in April it was a fantastic experience!! All this thanks to Micaela's skill, it is truly true that the guide's comoetenza and empathy transforms a normal excursion into something to remember...!!
