Needed to use Special Assistance and they were brilliant!. We had trouble accessing our Passenger Location Forms but my helper (Jose) sorted everything out with no hassle and then delivered us to the transfer coach a half-kilometer away. Absolutely first class service! Ditto on the return journey, different guy same superb level of service.

There was no driver waiting for my elderly mother as arranged When I called the emergency number you could not and did not resolve Poor communication with conflicting instructions on ticket versus email

We were meet outside arrivals. Take to the car and very pleasant journey and safe journey with excellent driver. Could not have asked for better service
