First Minute Transfer

Return minibus service with 9 of my family to and from Costa Teguise (from Airport). Perfect. Driver met us, had clear signage. Bus was new, air con and driver was lovely. 100% will use again.

Will definitely be using again on future holidays. I booked First minute when the company I used for our collection from the airport was coming up too expensive for the return trip. I contacted First minute transfers on the whatsapp number to check about having car seats provided for our 3 sons aged 4, 3 and 6 months. They replied pretty quickly and said it was no problem just to add it in the notes when booking. Driver was waiting for us at reception at pick up time and car seats were ready in the minivan. Minivan was very clean and carseats looked new and were in great condition. Perfect service for a great price. Thank you first minute transfers.

Fantastic service! We couldn’t believe the lack of car seat availability in Lanzarote for a baby. No matter what company we contacted (ourselves or through the hotel) we had absolutely no luck. The answer always was either it’s not the law to have them so they don’t provide them or they would note we wanted one but couldn’t guarantee one would be in the car on arrival. When we booked this transfer my husband messaged to ask will their definitely be a baby seat in the car, that we absolutely had to have one, they replied right away and said a baby would seat would definitely be in the car, not to worry and to enjoy our last day! On arrival the driver could not have been more helpful, there were 3 baby/toddler seats in the van for different ages and all strapped in properly. It was an excellent service, the vans are modern and clean and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
