About the walking tour 

This 4-hour tour sets off from the northern village of Maguez. On this tour, you will hike across valleys and meadows, walk along the breathtaking 500m high cliffs and visit villages of singular beauty. Spectacular views are guaranteed all the way.

One of the highlights of the hike is the charming village of Haría, located at the bottom of the One Thousand Palm Tree Valley. The history of this village has a past marked by misery. Despite of that Haría is one of the most beautiful villages of the island, one of the best places to enjoy the traditional architecture of Lanzarote. On Saturday, the only handcraft market of the island takes place, so it is a good opportunity to acquire some nice souvenirs or to buy tasty homemade goat cheese, traditional “mojos” or very nice jams made from figs or prickly pear. You walk with a small friendly group of no more than 8 people per guide for the best experience.
