Coimbra is a complete city as it combines the ancient and the modern with the youth of the opposite of culture, religion and sports, in Coimbra there is nothing or almost nothing.
Always lively and active because of the nearly 30,000 students who live in it do not let the rhythm of those who tend to fall asleep in the shadows of the famous churches slow down.
The gastronomy is excellent with several typical dishes and regional sweets, which highlights the Santa Clara pastries, this city has a rich historical, architectural and cultural heritage that it has, they are a precious common collection of Humanity, now recognized by UNESCO, Coimbra is land of student but more than that, it is a land of traditions where the past and the future intersect, which is more enchanting when it's time to say goodbye.
