We did the August 5 Obidos self guided tour. Guide did not introduce herself. She was not interested in us. It was audio guided but she did not tell us the must-do trips. She also cut the tour by one hour!!! Tour was from 9 to 3 but she told us that we had to leave by 1 pm for Lisbon instead of 2 pm.

We are glad that we took this trip instead of trying to do it on our own. Bus was very comfortable. We started our journey from Lisbon at 9.00 am and were back at 2.15 pm. We were three travelers and accompanied by a company representative who briefed us on the tour schedule, pick-up/drop-off time and spots. Upon reaching Obidos we enjoyed some Ginjinha which was offered by the company. We had 3 hrs to spend on our own in Obidos which was perfect ( not too less or more).
