No pudimos ir, PESiMO trato de la guia , nombre Monica Eliston. Llego tarde, ni se disculpó dijo q no habia autocar y que no dependia de ella. Que se haria el recorrido caminando, y mi madre tiene problemas de movilidad. Asique no pudimos. Deberan reintegrarme esa excursión. Ella muy maltarto, hare una queja más oficial. Un pesimo momento. Lamentable que contarten alguien asi.

Problemas para la recogida por el paro del metro habían cambiado la ubicación y no avisaron el cambio de ubicación. Muy buena la guía súper preocupada por mi mama que camina lento y estaba siempre atenta a que no nos quedáramos atrás y nos esperaba con el resto del grupo El recorrido es por la parte esté de Londres falta el puente y la torre pero eso es en la tarde para los que hacen el tour de día completo

Hubo confusión a la hora del encuentro ya que a la guía le habían dado una dirección diferente a la nuestra para recogernos. Una vez que nos encontramos todo muy bien. Celeste fue una guía estupenda, profesional y muy agradable
