About the tour

The London Dungeon is a journey through 1000 years of London's murky past. You and your companions walk through the Dungeon, moving from show to show, guided by the professional actors. Live action shows, exciting rides and hysterically horrible history! The attraction brings together an amazing cast of theatrical actors, special effects, stages, scenes and rides in a truly unique and exciting walk-through experience that you see, hear, touch, smell and feel. It’s hilarious fun and it’s sometimes a bit scary.

• Tickets cannot be refunded, even if they are not used
• You will receive a ticket for a specific time slot
• Late arrival: customers arriving after their booked time may be required to purchase a new ticket at the applicable gate price on the day of visit
• If your chosen time is not available, the next available time will be booked (within a 60 min window or we will contact you for another time)

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• During holiday time open until 7:00 PM
• Closed December 25th
• Child ticket: Valid for children 4-15 years
• The recommended age to visit The London Dungeon is 12 years and older, but it is up to the discretion of the accompanying adult
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
• Disabled visitors: the attraction is partly accessible for wheelchairs
