We pick up from the Grand Palladium Resorts at 12:30pm. Our customers are required to contact us at the contact information provided at least 24 hours prior to the day of the tour to reconfirm your booking and pick up point.

  • Please present either a printed or electronic voucher at pickup just for verification
  • Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the customer can be prevented from participating in the activities if they are found to be intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund
  • If you will not be arriving at your destination within the specified reconfirmation period, please reconfirm with the local service provider prior to travel, or upon arrival at your destination
  • There is a possibility that the pickup time might be changed base on the local traffic or inclement weather conditions
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

It was great! We had boat and snorkeling experience. Ride was great that the driver took us to gift shop, a little sightseeing and Negril sign picture time!
