  • Routing and means of transport may have to be amended during maintenance work and depending on seasonal schedules without prior notice. A minimum stay of 2 hours on the top of Jungfraujoch is always guaranteed.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Bus was prompt. Best seats filled by people who boarded in Zurich. So understand you probably won't get a seat up top. Beautiful scenery with good descriptions. We were fortunate to have a sunny day. Tram and cogwheel train were great. On the train down sit in the low seat section, left side for the best photos. A few young people (30/40 yr olds) in our group felt the effects of the altitude. Drink lots of water prior to the trip, it helps, also breathe deeply and pace yourself. Ice cave was interesting, loved the piano. Long day but worth doing.

This tour was perfect! We only had 2 1/2 days in Lucerne and wanted to make the most of our experience. This tour takes you through the Bernese Oberland and does a quick stop (45ish minutes ) in Interlaken (beautiful) on the way up to Jungfraujoch. The entire Jungfraujoch experience was amazing! Plenty of time (2 1/2 hours) to explore, shop, eat. My husband and I felt like this tour was a perfect way to see the countryside and share the experience of being at one of the most beautiful places in the Alps. Our guide Francesca made the trip even better with her knowledge, efficiency and friendliness. I definitely recommend!

The beautiful scenery along the way! Going to the top of Europe meeting really nice people on the tour. Interlaken is beautiful too. Highly recommend
