The Cooking Clubhouse will help you dive deep into the roots of a traditional Spanish Paella by leading you through a hands on and very dynamic workshop that will allow you to learn the secretes to a restaurante grade paella, all the mean time enjoying our bottomless Spanish wine pairing!
  • our class includes a bottomless wine pairing meaning you may drink as much as you'd like and where you will be able to try 5 different Spanish wines (1 sparkling, 2 whites and 2 reds).
  • This experience includes 4 appetizers, 1 main course (hand made by you) and two desserts!

Fun and well organized event. Never a slow or boring moment. Wonderful cooking station set up and a lovely dining room to sample everyone’s paella. Great staff, close to Prado. Wine is excellent and plentiful!

This was such a fun experience! The class was fun and the group of people were amazing. Everything was made easy for us and the instructors were so nice and helpful. Once our cooking was done, we went downstairs to a lovely room for our meal. The food was fabulous and wine delicious. Our group had so much fun meeting everyone and learning how to cook paella. We got to try 4 different types of paella. I would highly recommend this experience in Madrid. It was one of my favorite things we did!!

This was definitely an experience we will come back to when we head back to Madrid. The owners/chefs and everyone there made the experience memorable, including the people we met from other countries. Great set-up, great drinks, music while you learn, everyone singing and dancing and the lower level dinner tables was amazing. I can't say enough about this one!
