We thought we got lucky because it was just us in the tour! Our guide was neither enthusiastic nor knowledgeable - as most walking tour guides we’ve had in major cities. She gave minimal or trivial information. She walked quietly between the few sights, very slowly as though on a promenade, we’d wait for her since she was constantly on her phone, and was taking time to take her own photos of sceneries. We tried to prompt her with questions. It was such a waste of our time. I didn’t tip for the first time. (I am usually generous for jobs well done.)

Nuria was an excellent, knowledgeable guide and we learnt a lot. Unfortunately the booking process was a bit chaotic and unsatisfactory.

Hicimos una visita guiada al Palacio de Cibeles. Nos encantó. Y sobre todo por la simpatia y pofesionalidad de la Guia, Rebeca. Hizo que pasaramos un momento muy especial en ese edificio tan bonito. Fue toda una experiencia. Ya conocemos mejor la historia y secretos del edificio.
