Excellent tour. Learnt a lot from our guide about Vienna history, food, coffee and the people. We had a small group (5 people), which was perfect. Highly recommended.

I took this tour the morning after arriving in Vienna and I can’t recommend it enough. It was such a great way to get to know the city. Yes, the food was great, but more importantly, our tour guide Maria was a joy and told us so many interesting tidbits about the city’s culture. She took us to many parts of the city I would have never known about. I strongly recommend doing this tour at the beginning of your visit. You will see the city through a more authentic lens. And days after the tour Maria continues to send me recommendations for a variety of restaurants, all of which have been excellent. For me, the food scene in Vienna is overwhelming and I feel like I would end up in touristy restaurants without deeper character and connection to the cities traditions. But with Maria’s help, I am ending up in places that feel (and taste) very real. In short, you won’t regret doing this tour!

So many memorable moments. The stop at the street food wagon and watching him prepare the food was so interesting as well as the personal interaction with him. The small group allowed us to interact with each other and the amount of food we had was unbelievable. Our guide took pictures for us and emailed them after the tour. Highly recommend.
