Meet your driver either at your hotel or a central location in Marrakech to embark on a journey to Essaouira, a relaxed city refreshed by sea breezes. En route to Essaouira, pause at an Argan oil cooperative to learn about the production of this precious oil using conventional methods. Upon arrival in Essaouira, take a short guided walking tour to get familiar with the UNESCO-listed historic center, which is encircled by fortifications that offer spectacular ocean views. Afterwards, take advantage of free time to explore and experience what the city has to offer. You may relax with a cup of mint tea at Moulay el Hassan square, shop for souvenirs in the bazaars, or sample freshly caught local seafood at an open-air restaurant. Later, reunite with the driver and group after an afternoon of adventure and commence the return journey to Marrakech, where the excursion ends with drop-off at the same location where you were picked up.
