Given that Sabrina was good, I put two stars and not just one for the effort she put in. The problem was the content of the experience itself, I would have expected from the word "workshop" a training experience in the world of cocoa, explaining the path from the cocoa bean plantation to the finished product. I had imagined a guided activity with a real maitre chocolatier and instead none of this, in the end it was a trivial promotion of the assortment of Venchi pralines and bars. I wouldn't recommend it. Scandalous thing is that I left the same review on the site of Le Cesarine (which organizes the experience), but it was not published, on their site only 5-star ratings.

As in all Venchi always helpful staff, there is a queue for ice cream and another for other Shopping. It is not cheap, Presentation and quality are not discussed, the area where it is located is very well, modern and all spaces to enjoy park and fountain
