Given that Sabrina was good, I put two stars and not just one for the effort she put in. The problem was the content of the experience itself, I would have expected from the word "workshop" a training experience in the world of cocoa, explaining the path from the cocoa bean plantation to the finished product. I had imagined a guided activity with a real maitre chocolatier and instead none of this, in the end it was a trivial promotion of the assortment of Venchi pralines and bars. I wouldn't recommend it. Scandalous thing is that I left the same review on the site of Le Cesarine (which organizes the experience), but it was not published, on their site only 5-star ratings.
