You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was very nice, kind, and very helpful. But make sure you enter the correct hotel address because tech support is not responsive or helpful. Tried to correct the address through the tech support chat they did not respond nor correct the address. Thankfully our driver was very understanding and the hotel was right next door

The communication was great & they were easy to find at the airport. I think we just got a driver having a really bad day. He didn’t great us, introduce himself or speak once to my family the entire 45 minute trip. It made things really awkward and if I hadn’t been with my husband and kids but on a girls trip instead I would’ve felt borderline unsafe… Disappointing because I really have had nothing but fantastic experiences while in Hawaii.

Excellent service. Shuttle was waiting before we got our bags. Excellent communication.. received a call when we landed and another to ensure we knew where to go. Jay was our driver and was filled with info on the way to our hotel. Highly recommend.
