  • The route and duration of the transfer is subject to traffic, special events and any other circumstances out of our control. Generally we recommend planning:
  • 2.5-3 hours for a transfer with a sedan/mini-van (up to 6 people)
  • 3.5-4 hours for a transfer with a larger vehicle (from 7 people)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Sebastián was really good, you can easily say he has knowledge. He was really flexible because we wanted to see a nice couple that live in Berlin and he help us make that happen. By the way our friends lived through the war in West Berlin and they corroborated everything Sebastian said and Sebastian was open to hear their personal experience that they lived back in those days. I Absolutely encourage everyone to have this guide.
