Madinah Munawwarah or Medina al-Munawwarah (المدينة المنورة ) is the second most holy city for Muslims because there is Masjid-e- Nabawi where Muhammad's tomb is located. Medina is 210 miles (340 km) north of Mecca and about 120 miles (190 km) from the Red Sea coast.     Masjid Jummah, on the boundary of Madinah, marks the site where the Prophet (ﷺ) led the first Jummah salah, shortly after his Hijrah (migration) from Makkah. It is about 2.5 km from Masjid-e-Nabwi. Approximately one hundred Muslims participated in this first Jummah salah. Amongst them were the Prophet’s (ﷺ) relatives from Bani an-Najjar who had come to meet him and some from Bani Amr who had escorted him from Quba. After performing the Friday prayer, the Prophet (ﷺ) mounted Qaswa (his camel) and set off for the city of Madinah.

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Driver was 30 min late. Replacement driver arrived with an untidy car smaller car. The driver was knowledgeable and engaging and this made the trip pleasurable. We lost the driver on the last part of the trip and after waiting 30min he turned up. We got some good pictures and in the end enjoyed the the tour.

Booked 1 month in advance for a 3pm slot as we were in Madinah for 1 day/ One day before arrival they sent us message the driver will pick us up from hotel 8am. I messaged them back the tour is booked for 3pm and they kept on telling me the car I booked for is not available. I was in Madinah for 1 day and they made my visit stressful as I did not know if my tour was going ahead or cancelled. They are lucky I did not leave 1 star review for the headache caused!!
