Chichen Itzá, which in Mayan means "Mouth of the well of the water sorcerers" is an enigmatic city and ceremonial center of significant influence. Get to know everything about this incredible archaeological site and its ancient history. First, head directly to Chichén Itzá from Mérida, and during the ride, the guide will start telling you a bit about the Mayan's and their history. Once at Chichén Itzá be ready to admire this site before the crowds and heat arrive. Have free time to explore this unique archaeological site, which has the protection of UNESCO. After visiting Chichen Itzá, taste a delicious Mexican buffet lunch and recharge energies before heading to the Cenote. Next stop will be a beautiful cenote where you will enjoy its magical and warm waters where you can bathe and cool off from the heat. We will finish the tour by returning to Mérida.

This was a great tour! After seeing the entry lines at Chichen Itza, I was glad that I had gone with a company to organize my trip there. Our guide Miguel was absolutely wonderful; he had lots of knowledge to share, and he did well with balancing our group of English and Spanish speaking folks. The other stops in the afternoon were also lovely; I especially enjoyed the chance to swim in the cenote. Life jackets are required to swim in this particularly cenote, just as a heads up to other travelers. I highly recommend this tour!

El transporte fue regular, estaba averiado, afectó a otros usuarios. El guía turístico bastante bueno, mi reconocimiento para Miguel. Totalmente decepcionado del buffet, no había comida disponible, y la poca que había era de muy mala calidad, el personal del restaurante sin capacidad de buena atención, un desastre total, deben arreglar eso porque no es la primera mala experiencia. El cenote y Chichen Itzá, espectacular.

My tour guide was the best, he was kind, polite, educated and always tried to help. My tour included chichen itza, cenote and buffet... food was less than average. Other concern I had is that the tour take us to Izamal when I didn't pay for it, I already went there I wasnt expecting to go once again. Prefer to use my time in other activities.
