This tour covered so much more than the delicious eating experience. It covered the social aspects, source and use of ingredients, and the variety of cooking techniques. We had many stops in an order that did not overwhelm us, even though the varied offerings were generous. I have eaten street food throughout South America and Africa so am not a novice and found this tour informative and delicious and our guide, Tonalli, was excellent and fun to be with.
