HEED THE WARNINGS IN THE BAD REVIEWS! My partner and I were not able to actually see the museum due to getting an email from Amigo saying that they were not able to provide tickets after having sent the initial confirmation email. I only discovered the negative reviews after this happened because I took to the internet to see if there was anything we could do about the situation. We decided to still show up at the time of the tour we bought the tickets for because I had read in reviews that sometimes the museum has empathy for people ripped off by Amigo and lets them buy tickets there. Well, we were told that the museum was sold out for the rest of the day. Two other pairs of people in line behind us were in the same position, with one pair saying they had called Viator after not having luck trying to get Amigo to resolve it and saying that they were able to eventually get tickets. The other pair did not have luck getting resolution from their (a different) ticket vendor, and my partner and I also did not have luck getting resolution from our ticket vendor (Tqets). There was even an Amigo employee at the museum, and the museum employee told us to talk to them... and they were of no help. We were all at a loss as to how Amigo can sell tickets that they don't actually have from the museum... does seem like a total scam.
