The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We pick up from most Montego Bay hotels. You are required to contact us at the information provided at least 24 hours prior to the day of the tour to reconfirm your booking and hotel or central pick up point.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The driver was on time! Dunns fall was nice except for the vendors harassing you to buy stuff. When shopping I think the driver was tired of waiting:(

I loved the falls and our tour guide. Would of given it 4 to 5 stars but wasn’t thrilled that they combined two tours and it took all day going back and forth. But overall loved climbing the falls. The shopping wasn’t really worth it not what I was hoping for.

This was soooo much fun! PLEASE BRING WATERPROOF PHONE OR POUCH. Leave all other personal items-including towel in the van/bus. Our driver-Fitzroy-was one of kind; very pleasant; accommodating, and knowledgeable of all the landmarks on the way to and from the Falls. Nice clean, spacious van, good a/c. Our guide at the Falls was awesome too-Stewart (Stuart). I would highly recommend this attraction and tour.
