We booked through viator and were arriving on a cruise ship - we received a voucher but no pick up details or where to meet the local rep so kept emailing viator before our arrival and ringing the “local” number given but no answer so when we arrived we wasted over an hour and a half trying to find the excursion - we had to spend over 60 us$ calling viator who apparently can’t call you back but keep Putting you on hold just to then say a local company will call you which they did and they said viator should never have accepted the booking from Montego Bay and al they offered was a refund by which time it was too late to book another trip and we’d spent all our money on wasted phone calls
