Booking was easy. We were delayed because a couple boarded without tickets, so they let them get off, get tickets, and reboard even though there were people in line that had tickets but then had to wait for the next bus. You could tell the bus driver and the tour guide did not get along well and it affected the experience. There are mixed reviews in the tour guides; a couple were good but a couple did not speak English well.

The drivers and tour guides are excellent! The flexibility of getting off the bus at particular stops then getting back on another bus or the same bus is a wonderful concept.

Over priced but interesting tour very short day 10-4 so not great if your exploring and hopping on and off
