#1 Save your money. Everything the guide says you can get from a book. Underground tour consisted of watching a video. Less than 20 minutes spent in the underground museum. Go on your own for less money and see ALL the exhibits. #2 The guide spent 30 minutes explaining the Roman Arch and the key stone. Learned that in history classes in 6th grade. #3 Guide looked and dressed unprofessional. Guide did not use any speaking device. Mumbled, and talked as she walked. #4 Guide gave her personal opinion NOT historical facts. Overall poor service. Look at other reviews. Much better companies to work with. Professional guides with Walks of Italy and City Walks.
