Imran came across as a humble and deeply knowledgeable person who understood the historical, architectural aspects of the Taj. My family and I not only benefited from his engaging conversation and commentary, but also appreciated that he guided us and introduced us to the right shops outside the Taj where we shopped for memorabilia and gifts. Imran went out of his way to ensure that people across all age groups (from 7 to 70) in my family remained engrossed, interested and fascinated with the Taj visit.
