Waited 40 mins then told tour would be cancelled unless more people arrived. No time frame. Told to wait indefinitely. Operator refused refund.

I think it would have been a great tour, but unfortunately it started raining with thunder & lightning after the first 15 minutes. The owner of the tour co did not seem to have a contingency plan in place to deal with all of us unwilling to remain up top with lightening. It was pretty chaotic and tempers flared. Kayla the driver, was amazing! She kept her cool the entire time while attempting to appease 40+ wet, unhappy customers & even continued to point out the sites as she got us back to our starting point. The male tour guide on the other hand, lost it. Almost got in to an altercation with a passenger. Made Kayla stop the bus with the intention of making us all get off, in an area that was dark & with no open businesses. Luckily, Kayla overruled him & he abandoned the group. Literally LEFT THE BUS!! Kayla at the very least deserves a raise, if not a promotion. He deserves to be fired.

We were given the incorrect pick-up spot and had to call in to get the correct location that was 7 blocks in the opposite direction. When we finally got to the bus there was a bus there but no driver. A driver finally showed up in a different bus and we boarded with one other couple that had been waiting for 1 hour. The tour started with the driver and no narrator to explain the sites we were seeing. The driver would pull over and stop the bus and come up to the top of the bus to tell us what we were about to see next and go back down and continue driving. This happened about 3 times. This bus was a night tour and was not a hop on and off tour bus. The driver pulled over during the so called tour at a restaurant so a passenger could go in to the bathroom. The tour did not last the full 75 minutes and we had to get off the bus at a different location than were we were picked up at. What a mess!!!!
