Went premium and lucked out with nice weather. Easy to find and the staff were all friendly. There are three floors, with the top floor reserved for premium customers. There are toilets, food and drink facilities. Even though it was nice weather, make sure you have something warm to wear as did get chilly. The captain was very knowledgable and got up close to Statue of Liberty. Make sure you get your photo quick as there for around 5 minutes. The tour I went on lasted 90 minutes which was plenty. Don’t think I would have wanted it to be any longer. Fully recommend this if got an hour or two to spare. P.s. don’t bother paying for that photo package as is very poor value for money and is just photo shopped pic of you against various backgrounds. They take your pic when going to board.

A great option if you have limited time and want to see the city from a unique perspective. Very friendly and accommodating staff and our tour guides Malachy was the absolute best! Great for families as you will also learn some historical facts along the way. Views are amazing.
