This luxury tasting is all about Niagara's World-Class Icewine & Sparkling Wine. Start with Eric Brut Sparkling Wine served with aged cheddar cheese. Enjoy an indulgent bite of butter toffee white chocolate with almonds and our Vidal Icewine. This incredible experience ends with rich and fruity dried mango paired with our sumptuous Riesling Icewine. Exultate Jubilate! Please Note: This experience does not include a tour of the property. The person who conducted the tasting was very knowledgeable about the wines and pairing. She was able to answer any questions we had. My cousin from England thoroughly enjoyed it.

The sweetest wine! Our host , she was nice and shared a lot of information. Drinking wine is not just fun woth friends but knowing how to. I learned all about it.
