This luxury tasting is all about Niagara's World-Class Icewine & Sparkling Wine. Start with Eric Brut Sparkling Wine served with aged cheddar cheese. Enjoy an indulgent bite of butter toffee white chocolate with almonds and our Vidal Icewine. This incredible experience ends with rich and fruity dried mango paired with our sumptuous Riesling Icewine. Exultate Jubilate! Please Note: This experience does not include a tour of the property. Our tasting appointment was for 11 am and we were the first guests to arrive. When we arrived, our host, who is also the Manager, was waiting for us and immediately made us feel very welcome. Our host had just the right mix of warmth, humour, and smarts. We enjoyed his commentary and explanations on the wine and pairings. The wine and selection of cheese and desserts were excellent! We really enjoyed our visit!

Great experience, great wine, great staff, in no particular order. Definitely a worthwhile stop if your tasting in the Notl region.
