  • Babies and children count as passengers even if they do not require their own seat. (We can provide the baby car seats for free if you request. Please specify in the “Special Request” form at the time of your booking, at least 3 days ahead).
  • Please make sure you provide us with your correct flight number, arrival time, and hotel address.
  • Please make sure you notify us by telephone or email if your flight or hotel information changes.
  • If you stay in hutong or airbnb, we might not be able to drop you off at the door. Because the lane of hutong is too narrow to drive, and normally airbnb is in a community where enforces the separation of pedestrians and vehicles.
  • We provide up to 2 hours of waiting time at the airport after your flights arrives, counting from the actual landing time. Otherwise, you will be considered as a no-show. Or additional waiting time fees may apply, if you encounter any problems (visa issue or the luggage losing, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Robbie is a very amiable guide who made sure I was transferred efficiently from my hotel to the Xian airport in good time for my flight. On the drive he enthusiastically inquired about my excursion to the Terracotta Warriors the previous day and filled me in on many more interesting things about the site and its history. In addition he answered my many queries about various things we were seeing in Xian as we made our way. Thanks Robbie. I was in good hands.

A great way to get from hotel to the airport. Suzzi was charming and very patient with our multitude of questions. She went inside the airport with us, directed us to the right counter and then got us all the way to the security line. We probably could have figured it out ourselves, but it was a nice touch.
