Charith was great, he spotted lizards, monkeys and even located a giant tree squirrel just from recognising the sound of a fruit/nut being dropped. Without a guide, it would have just been a nice walk. I was glad I had my binoculars, I wouldn’t have seen the squirrel without them.
It’s incredible to see the clouds rolling up over the cloud forest from World’s end viewpoint, but worth getting there as early as possible otherwise you might just see a blanket of mist. There are some toilets, bring your own paper. Highly recommend.
