Pickup is available from most centrally located hotels in Oaxaca and surroundings, Vacation rentals and almost all points of interest. If your location is not inside of the pickup area we can arrange a meeting point. Please provide your accommodation details as soon as possible.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Hired the service for an early pickup to the airport. The car was on time, clean and very efficient. The driver was very courteous. We got to the airport early! I’d definitely use the service again.

Our driver was great!! Our flight was delayed and he came back to meet us at our later arrival time.

We booked shuttle to airport for 10 am. We got a call the night before that they could not take us at 10 am. They could only take us at 8 am. The driver showed up half hour early and we now felt rushed. Then we where 5 hours early to airport due to the time change!
