They provided alot of entertainment with the main parts of the tour. Depending on your fitness level they make it an enjoyable day for everyone. They take into account what you CAN do and and make it a memorable experience.

This excursion was half a day and worth the time away from the resort. The first third was spend sailing to the reef for some snorkeling. My daughter went and she was not a great swimmer, so the worker took people on an inner tube and guided them. The second third was spent at Dunn River Falls. We climbed the waterfall with a guide. The Dunn River Falls was so much fun. Of note, please wear old tennis shoes or water shoes (no exposed toes or ankels). The climb is moderately difficult. Everyone holds hands and climbs up rocks to the top. You will get soaked. My teenage kids love the challenge. The last third was spent driving back to the resort. The workers played loud music, were dancing, and getting everyone involed. Alchohol is served only on the last third of the trip. Light lunch is served after Dunn River Falls climb. This is a great excursion from tweens and older.

I was emailed and told to be in the lobby at 10:45am for the shuttle to pick me and my boyfriend up. I was down there by 10:40am, waiting for the shuttle. At 11am, the shuttle had still not arrived so the hotel front desk helped us call the help number who then told me our pickup time is at 11:05am and to be patient, even though my email told me otherwise, and that the shuttle was on its way. We then waited until 12pm to call back again, sitting in the lobby for an entire hour of my vacation. When I called a SECOND time, the customer service agent informed me that the excursion was cancelled due to not enough people signing up without anyone notifying me or emailing me in any way. The first agent I spoke to could have told me this, but she didn't. So my boyfriend and I sat outside for over an HOUR of my vacation waiting for this shuttle that was never coming, all due to lack of customer service on the end of this company. Do not waste your time with this company. Extremely dissappointing.
