    Depart from your hotel by 4 x 4 vehicle to Wahiba Sands described as a perfect specimen of a sand sea is a 10,000 Sq.km. desert comprising a great variety of dune formations representing stages of its evolution over millions of years. The home of the Bedouins, the Wahiba truly impresses the first time visitors with its shifting sand dunes and changing colours. The great desert of Oman known as “Rumlat Al Wahiba” where our expert driver will give you the thrill of driving over the undulating dunes. After enjoying the dune driving, you will bid goodbye to the inhabitants of the desert.

  • Wadi Bani Khalid, Wadi Bani Khalid, Oman
    Proceed to towards Wadi Bani Khalid, one of the beautiful Wadis of Oman. You will drive through small villages and towns before arriving at Wadi Bani Khalid. This drive through the mountain offers a panoramic view of the beautiful landscape below. You will pass many pretty villages embedded in the mountains. Here the road winds down to the wadi alongside a large, shallow pool fringed with vegetation & ends at a village. We park our vehicles at this point & continue on a short trek to the deep blue pools of the wadi. If you wish you may enjoy a swim in this glorious grace of nature. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes & walking shoes for this trip.

    We had a wonderful time. Our guide was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. This trip was get at giving you a taste of what is here is Oman, but one day is not enough. We are already talking about coming back but this time doing a multiple day to be able to enjoy the desert completely.
