I ordered the service via Klook ahead of my trip. My order was an Altis or Similar. I received a confirmation via Whats App on the same day confirming my pick up. I again confirmed the next day as I was arriving in Puerto Princessa on Friday Morning. Smart Ryde Confirmed so did Corazon Travel. I expected to receive what I ordered like any customer would. Apparently the bay for loading at the airport doesnt allow van's anymore and Corazon's Driver showed up on a Van. It was scorching hot that friday morning and given Puerto Princessa was Number 3 Hottest in the country, I expected a pick up no less, not that I need to walk towards the parking lot because he brought a Van and not what I asked for, which could have gone through the loading area. It wasnt that far but between no sleep cause of the flight schedule and the heat of the place at the time. I having sick and paid for a service should not have been treated like this. The Name of the Driver is Sarge, Plate Number Ending 5450 was so rude he walked out when I said I dont want to walk from the loading to the parking lot because I am exhausted. I reported to Corazon's Office on how rude the driver was not even attempting to offer to assist on the luggage. Corazon never refunded me what I paid nor was not able to provide me the last name of the Driver.
