My wife and I have done many food tours all over the world. This one was quite unique and enjoyable. Sorhay customized the tour based on what our likes/dislikes were. This resulted in a great mix of food types including ceviche, exotic fruits, Panamanian snacks, and an incredible tamale served on a banana leaf. We even got to take a ceviche made without any seafood! You will not regret your day on this food tour!

Sorhay is an amazing tour guide, funny and informative. The Panamanian food tour was incredible. Choices of restaurants were outstanding. Food was delicious. Chocolate store was closed but she dropped off chocolates for me at the hotel the next day.

The private food tour was a highlight of our visit to Panama. My husband and I try to do food tours whenever we travel, and therefore we have A LOT of food tour experience. I can honestly say, with zero hesitation, that Sorhay was the best food tour guide (and possibly the best tour guide in general) that we have ever had. Not only did she personalize our tour to fit our preferences, but she was so friendly that it felt like we were taking the tour with a long lost member of our family. I have so much love for Sorhay and her guide skills, I haven't even mentioned the delicious food she introduced us to! We were able to try fish-less ceviche, fresh fruits from the market, grape nut ice cream, arepas, and a number of other dishes. I cannot recommend this tour enough! Go early in your trip, as Sorhay will introduce you to some places you'll want to return to, and she will also recommend places in addition to the food tour stops. Thank you for a wonderful experience, Sorhay! If you ever make it to Atlanta, we'll take you on a Southern food tour!
