I used what’s app to chat to and change pick up time. Chat acknowledged the change and said she has emailed the driver. Pick up time originally the time was 18:35 and agreed change was 1900 we waited till 1915 and then had to get a taxi an extra 600 peso. I will never use it again and I would recommend anyone to use a taxi more reliable. Still waiting for a refund
