My family and toured with Best of France in the past and loved it so much that we had to come back. This time we did a day trip to Fontainebleau and Vaux le Vicomte with Frederic, which was absolutely wonderful. Fontainebleau was amazing and full of so much history. We also loved Vaux le Vicomte and the gardens (which were an inspiration for Versailles) were a highlight. Both places had the added bonus that they were not crowded which made the experience very enjoyable. Frederic really enhanced the trip because we learned so much from him--it was a wonderful day. If you are considering a private tour you absolutely must do it with Best of France!
