I can’t say enough good things about this tour and our guide. Juan (aka Johnny) was so kind and attentive and knowledgeable. He is beaming with passion and enthusiasm for not only his job but Patagonia. Truly this experience was incredible and worth every single penny. Ask for Juan when you book

I booked actually all three tours with the company including the reserve hiking and he city tour, along with this one. The experience is great. Their car is big and comfortable. The guide very professional without being too talkative for the long drive. The weather for all three of our tours are bad but each time the guide makes the experience still enjoyable and lovely. Being a private tour they can change the agenda within reasonable range easily. They are also observant of the group interest. Gerardo has been very warm and genuine. Would recommend the company to everyone!

Gerardo was fantastic! Exceeded our expectations. Excellent English as he had lived in the U.S. for a few years. Very professional, intelligient and caring. He was always making sure we were comfortable. He had great information and lots of fun facts and stories. He picked us up at our hotel in Punta arenas. We had just returned from a 5 day Antarctic cruise on Silversea. We had a limited amount of time to see Patagonia and this private tour worked very well for us.
Gerardo was right on time at 6a.m. to pick us up. He had a excellent private driver for us the whole time, so Gerardo could focus on the tour. They loaded our luggage and we were off. Along the way we had multiple rainbows and multiple double rainbows which we thougt boded well for this day.
The drive up to Patagonia was uneventful. There was not a lot to see, but Gerardo pointed out occasional items. We dropped our luggage off at The Singular and then headed to Torres Del Paine. This is not the usual stop for him but he accomodated us with no problem.
Torres Del Paine is an amazing scenic adventure. We saw everything that was on the promotion for this tour and then some (see our photos) Breathtaking! We saw lots of animals that Gerardo pointed out to us and told us about flamingos, guanacos and lots of other wildlife. If you're in the area this place is not to be missed. You could spend days or weeks exploring. But, you can see a heck of a lot in one day.
Gerardo and his driver were so much fun, they became our new friends and we highly recommend his tour. We enjoyed him so much that we had him pick us up a day later for the drive back to Punta Arenas and our flight home.
