Son bastante puntuales con los horarios, el guía era simpático y estaba bastante informado respecto a la historia, la flora y la fauna de la zona. a esto se le suma que hacen paradas en el caso de avistar animales para poder fotografiarlos. Además de que te recogen en la puerta de tu alojamiento y te van a dejar. tambien está la opción de que te dejen en la plaza de puerto natales. (En algunos caso parece que te puden dejar en el terminal de buses)

Tomamos el traslado al hotel Lago Grey para la navegación. El chofer del transfer estaba muy apurado, nos bajamos a mostrar las entradas a CONAF nos pidió que nos subiéramos rápidamente a la VAN sin poder tomar fotografías ni pasar al baño! Al regreso los ticket señalaban que sería a la 17:00, por lo cual, reserve un almuerzo en el Hotel del Lago Grey, estábamos sentados y vimos que el chofer estaba reuniendo a las personas del traslado para volver a Natales, en resumen tuvimos que comer apurados y volvimos a las 14:30 sin darnos explicaciones! Pésimo servicio no cumple con lo estipulado!
