As other reviews say, this company is not reliable! We booked nearly 2 months in advance the whale tour as a highlight of our trip to Chili and Punta Arenas was only 2 days stop so we could not change the date. They cancelled the tour 30 h before ( dep was meant at am4:30) saying they had boat problem but someone told us they usually cancel people when there is a cruise ship in town and there was one the day we were supposed to do the tour! We were extremely disappointed and couldn't get to an another tour. Problem is also they are the only one to do this whale Watching trip. No second choice.

Okey let’s be honest, the tour is not cheap, it’s actually quite expensive! But if you like to see many things and experience the ocean, fjords and nature in one day this is the way to go. We saw a lot of humpback whales and seals. We also saw some albatrosses and other birds. The glacier that we visited was really cool also. The whole crew was really friendly and they did an amazing job, five stars!

Vale la pena cada peso invertido en el tour para avistar ballenas en el Parque Marino Francisco Coloane, embarcación de lujo, tripulación muy preocupada y la guia Nerea muy preparada. Lo recomiendo de todas maneras.
