Peles Castle, Sinaia, Romania The tour starts from Bucharest and you will be travelling for 2 hours to get to the scenic town of Sinaia where Peles Castle is located. The castle is considered one of the most beautiful ones in Romania and Europe. Former residence of the Romanian royal family, the castle was built in an elegant Neo-Renaissance and Gothic revival style at the wish of King Carol I of Romania between 1873 and 1914. Peles Castle is one of the most important historic edifices in Romania. With unique character, a historical and artistic value, it definitely is an important monument of its kind in 19th century Europe. In 1883 Peles Castle was officially inaugurated serving as the summer residence of the royal family until 1948. 120 minutes
Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle), Bran, Romania You will continue the day, and in about one hour driving trought the Carpathian Mountains, will arrive at Bran Castle. Also called Dracula's Castle, surrounded by an aura of mystery and legend,owes its fame to its imposing towers and turrets as well as to the myth created around Bram Stocker's Dracula.Along the history, the Castle had a strategic mission being the border between Transylvania and Wallachia.

Interesantes tanto los castillos de Peles como Bran si bien en el de Dracula gracias al libro hay un verdadero mercado en torno a el. Más interesantes por fuera que por dentro aunque las curiosidades están dentro. Visitas obligadas para todo el que venga a Rumania
