Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

You'll learn the basics of Asian cooking with a professional chef from handling a traditional chinese wok, comprehend parts of a dish to learning the right way to use a knife. Discover and learn my secret recipe - seasoning sauce which is soul of every Hot Wok dish and understand stir-frying principles & techniques.
You'll also be introduced to a signature South East Asia's pastry - Kueh. Get to know the insights of intertwining Baba Nyonya & British culture. Hands-on learning the kueh's wrapping skill.
Vegetarian and vegan are welcome. Let me know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
Although not private, we'll only receive at a max of 2 bookings. Rest assure you'll be well taken care, and personal enough as this class only accommodate till 8 pax.

I originally booked for this class as the longer class was already booked out. Samuel was in contact with my straight away to get my details and I let him know that I was interested in the longer class if he had a cancellation. Samuel messaged me 2 days before my class and let me know he had availability for the morning class so I snapped it up. Did not regret it. The day started with a visit to the wet market to buy ingredients and have breakfast. Then we went back to Samuel's to cook and made 3 wonderful dishes. He was extremely informative about the ingredients we were using. Everything in this class was top notch and his partner even gave me some great suggestions and recommendations for shopping and dining. Would love to do this again when I come back to Penang!
